Where does the money come from?

Over the weekend, private security guards at the Philadelphia Museum of Art voted to unionize (from an organizing perspective, this was a huge accomplishment: The Philadelphia Security Officers Union, which they joined, launched recently without the help of an established union. This is a rare feat).
